It has been really hot and sunny recently. I love a cool snack or dessert after a meal but am trying to be a bit more healthy. π
As usual, I am trying to save on waste and had some over ripe bananas to use up. I therefore mashed 4 bananas up in a bowl, and added 3.5 ounzes of desicated coconut, and mixed. I popped these into silicone ice cube trays and froze over night.
These are nice eaten as they are straight from the freezer, but even better if covered in chocolate π
Once set I put them in a bag in the freezer. Some I had dipped in melted chocolate, some I hadn’t. A good way to use up over ripe bananas in the summer.

You have a talent for anything covered in chocolate π« I made garlic croutons today & it was just too hot Our conservatory is 46c at the moment so Iβm on strike today as it is too hot. Just going to watch the Woodstock dvd I bought my husband for his 60th birthday. It is 4 hours long !! Have a cool day . Ps itβs 34 c outside.

Oh my word, these look and sound delicious π, I actually thought about making some raspberry bars this week but ate the rasps with yoghurt and maple syrup π π , think I’ll walk over to the wild raspberry patch this week xxx
